Distribution of Trox (Niditrox) perrisii (Coleoptera: Trogidae) in the Czech Republic

This paper presents current knowledge on distribution of keratin beetle Trox (Niditrox) perrisii Fairmaire, 1868 in the Czech Republic. The species is recorded from eleven new localities in Moravia, and from the territories of Chřiby Mts., Javorníky Mts., and Northern Moravia region it is reported for the first time. This nidicolous beetle is rarely collected and seems to be associated with preserved natural forest habitats. New records and literature data are shown on the map.
