Further new faunal records of leafmining flies of the family Agromyzidae (Diptera) from twenty-four localities in the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area (SE Moravia, Czech Republic) are presented. A total of 352 species from 16 genera were found; of this number, 21 species are new to the fauna of the Czech Republic: Agromyza bohemani Spencer, 1976, Amauromyza (Amauromyza) carlinae (Hering, 1944), Am. (Am.) chamaebalani (Hering, 1960), Aulagromyza fulvicornis (Hendel, 1935), Cerodontha (Poemyza) kerteszi (Hendel, 1931), Chromatomyia centaurii Spencer, 1990, Liriomyza muranica Černý, 2012, L. thalhammeri Černý in Papp & Černý, 2017, L. violiphaga Hendel, 1932, Metopomyza junci von Tschirnhaus, 1981, Napomyza curvipes Zlobin, 1993, Ophiomyia major (Strobl, 1898), O. ungarensis Černý in Papp & Černý, 2015, Phytomyza araciocecis Hering, 1958, Ph. clematisella Spencer, 1986, Ph. kugleri Spencer, 1974, Ph. libanotidis Hering, 1928, Ph. palpata (Hendel, 1920), Ph. paraciliata (Godfray, 1985), Ph. solidaginis Hendel, 1920 and Ph. zarzyckii Nowakowski, 1975. Another 15 species are new to the fauna of Moravia: Agromyza myosotidis Kaltenbach, 1864, Am. (Am.) leonuri Spencer, 1971, Am. (Cephalomyza) abnormalis (Malloch, 1913), Aulagromyza populicola (Haliday in Walker, 1853), Cerodontha (Dizygomyza) luzulae (Groschke & Hering, 1957), C. (Poemyza) morula (Hendel, 1920), Chromatomyia lonicerae (Robineau-Desvoidy, 1851), Liriomyza tanaceti de Meijere, 1924, Phytoliriomyza scotica Spencer, 1962, Phytomyza heringiana Hendel, 1922, Ph. lusatica Hering, 1955, Ph. mylini Hering, 1954, Ph. nepetae Hendel, 1922, Ph. spoliata Strobl, 1906 and Ph. tussilaginis Hendel, 1925. 139 species are new to the fauna of the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area. The Red List of Threatened Species of the Czech Republic includes the species Chromatomyia gentianae (Hendel, 1920), Liriomyza thesii Hering, 1924 and L. urophorina Mik, 1894. Thanks to intensive faunistic research in all-scale protected areas, a total of 368 species have been identified in the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area, which is significantly more than in other protected areas of similar size in the Czech Republic. The preservation and species richness of the White Carpathian biotopes is an essential factor for the occurrence of such a high number of Agromyzidae species and the second essential factor is the use of Malaise traps, which are particularly suitable for the study of this group of Diptera.
